Dick Wong Tune's General is threatening to launch Hwasong-12 missiles at Guam.  His Generals had the nerve to write out a plan on how they plan to do it and has released it to the public.  I understand why North Korea made a pathetic threat of launching the missiles.  Tune is not capable of firing a warning shot because I have him surrounded by my military.  Words on paper are the closest thing he has to a real shot.

In regards to firing the missiles, I wish he would.  Dick Wong Tune just needs to give me one reason to take over his entire country.
