I'm going to fly into Florida slowly so give me a chance to get comfortable.  I'd appreciate it if everyone would evacuate, but some insist on staying.  Floridians can stay if they want, but I'm temporarily occupying the Southeastern United States because after all, it belongs to me and no other.
