Here's the way to beat North Korea because we are in a war with them. It is more like a battle though because Dick Wong Tune has primitive weapons. It turns out that Dick Wong has small missiles.
First of all, we will not put American or our allies' boots on the ground at all. We are The Modern Day Allies and one life lost is one life too many. Putting boots on the ground in North Korea is out of the question. That's Dick Wong's trap.
Tune has chosen Guam as his first target point. Of course, he's picking on the small guy by selecting Guam. If North Korean forces hit anywhere with their little missiles, even if it's outside of United States territory, fire upon North Korea immediately.
The plan is simple. Trumpet and Fence must negotiate and temporarily have the United Nations setup a missile and drone border system between North Korea and South Korea. We obviously have to do this on the South Korean side because we cannot enter the North Korean border at all. This concept is purely for offense so let Dick get angry. Keep all allied troops on the Southern Korean side by land, corner North Korea on all sides by the sea, and if anything, there is no overdoing it as far as occupying airspace over Korea.
Dick Wong Tune is done with his missile tests because a missile from North Korea is no longer a test. If they fire, we fire back.
Concerning dropping bombs, we drop them as far away from South Korea as possible. Scare North Korea a little if necessary with robots and drones but as I said, no boots on the ground. As far as the technology costs, try not to waste money or resources. The American Generals know best as to how much technology is needed is have an effective psychological and physical effect on the North Korean military.
I am relying on Trumpet and Fence to prevent North Korea from becoming a nuclear power. If all else fails, we have the option of ordering the North Korean dynasty to surrender their nukes. If they don't, then we have to take the dynasty out completely.
