These abdominal and obliques work great!  My core muscles were built from tiger muscles.  I even wear a subliminal shirt that has tigers on it as a secret way of bragging about it.  If you have seen any of my dragon shirts, the bullets come out of my belly, through the dragon's mouth, and then, and this is my favorite part, into the target.
