What if I could turn Irma around from the Florida destination and make it into a heart shaped hurricane that can be seen from a satellite?  Would I do it?

I want to post on Tweedster asking someone to put a mannequin of a Confederate soldier on the South Beach of Florida with a catcher's mitt in his hand.  The mitt is to try to catch my curveball hurricane.
